Learners will develop their abilities to instruct on product and make-up applications whist developing their knowledge and understanding of the principles of retail sales for make-up, cosmetics and perfumery products. In parallel, learners will develop their communication and customer service skills, their awareness of environmental sustainability and their commercial skills, all of which are valued highly by employers. Problem solving, team working and research skills will also be developed.

This qualification is the only VTCT Technical Certificate qualification in beauty counter consultancy. It will qualify learners to become employed as a beauty counter consultant.
